A productivity app should not punish you.

Most productivity tools assume the bottleneck is discipline. Plan harder. Prioritize better. Track more. Try harder.

That is not the whole story. For a lot of people, especially ADHD minds, the hard part is activation, sustaining, switching, stopping, and recovering. The friction is not always in the plan. It is often between the plan and the first physical action.

What we believe
The first move is the hardest move.
One obvious next action beats a perfect plan.
Captures should protect focus, not interrupt it.
Reflection should create understanding, not shame.
Your data belongs to you.
What we will not build
×Streaks that make a missed day feel like failure.
×Leaderboards for private effort.
×Features that reward spending more time inside the app.
×Dark patterns around pricing, data, or cancellation.
×A fake diagnosis or medical replacement.

Unstuck is for people who are tired of fighting their own brains and tired of tools that make the fight louder. We are building something calmer: a small external layer for the moments where you know what matters and still cannot quite begin.
